Bike Rental Terms

• Pick-up and Return: The customer is obliged to return the bike in the condition it was received from this location within the declared time set at the pick-up.
• Deposit: For security reasons, renting without the presentation of an official identification document with a photograph of the interested party is prohibited (examples include: ID card/Passport/Driver’s License). If deemed necessary, the presentation and use of a credit card may be requested for the rental of a vehicle, even if the rental payment is made in cash.

• The customer rides the bicycle at their own risk. The customer must check the bicycle and equipment before use, in order to make any claims regarding unsatisfactory material.

• The customer is responsible for any damage or wear that the bicycle may incur during the duration of this rental and is obliged to immediately repair this damage upon return.

• Zeus electromobility bears no responsibility for any accidents or third-party damages resulting from negligent behavior or driving of the customer, as well as for damages or wear to foreign property that may occur during the rental, which clearly arises from the records maintained by Zeus electromobility. The customer is exclusively responsible.

• Zeus electromobility bears no responsibility for any damage to the personal property of the customer, e.g., bags, glasses, cameras, clothing, etc.
• The customer is obliged to make prudent use of the bicycle, to comply with public safety rules, safe driving provisions, and the Highway Code.

• The customer is advised to use a helmet and special equipment for each rental. The use of helmets and special equipment is provided unobstructedly and free of charge by Zeus electromobility to the customer for each rental.

• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.

• The rental and use of bicycles to individuals under the influence of alcohol, narcotic substances, or drugs that affect driving ability is prohibited.

• Zeus electromobility has the right to refuse rental of any bicycle to individuals who are deemed to be intoxicated or under the influence of narcotics and/or stimulants, or any person it deems, without being obliged to justify its decision.

• All the bicycles are insured for civil liability

In the event of total destruction, loss, or theft of the bicycle during the rental period, the customer is obliged to compensate Zeus electromobility with:

€1,430 for each adult electric bicycle.
